DUE TO A BUSY SEASON START WE ARE UNABLE TO DO RETRO FITS OR REPAIRS UNTIL 1st SEPTEMBER.

We typically only have 1 weekend per month scheduled for repairs and upgrades.

Every Alpacka Raft is built to last a minimum of 10 years of hard use. We now offer both repair and retrofit upgrades services for all models so that you can keep your Alpacka Raft in tip top shape through its life:

 

  • New One-Way Main Valve.
  • Add or Replace a Cargo Fly. 
  • Attach extra grab loops, strap plates, and other small items.
  • Install thigh straps, and backband upgrades.
  • General Repairs (Contact us to discuss).

Note: You must clean and dry your raft prior to shipping it to us. Shipping a wet raft may cause permanent damage which is not covered under warranty. Rafts arriving dirty will be charged for cleaning at our shop rate of €60/hour.

For repairs not listed below we charge in 1/4hr increments at our shop rate of €60/hour plus materials. Once your boat is received at our workshop we will evaluate your boat and send you an invoice for any repair and upgrade costs. We will not start working on your boat until you have agreed to all works and paid the invoice. All items sent back to our shop for repair or upgrade must be pre authorized. To obtain pre authorization please contact us.
